FARM TO TABLE COOKING EXPERIENCE

We will walk around the family farm and gardens to know where the products we will cook come from. We will taste tropical fruits along the hike.

Highlights:

  • Before we start cooking, we will have fun in making sugar cane juice with an interesting artefact called Trapiche.
  • We will cook it in a woodstove to give it the special flavor that distinguish it from any modern flavor.
  • Surrounded by nature and listening to bird songs we will enjoy this delicious lunch.
